I began my career in an environment where mistakes had real consequences. At sea, clarity, precision, and accountability aren’t optional—you either perform or you put lives and assets at risk. In 2019, I earned my Officer-in-Charge of a Navigational Watch (OIC) license, a role that demanded calm decision-making under pressure, systems thinking, and ownership of outcomes.
In 2020, becoming a father reshaped my priorities. I made the deliberate decision to change course and rebuild my career from the ground up—this time in the digital world. Starting from zero meant relearning everything, but I brought with me the discipline and execution mindset I had developed at sea. I immersed myself in digital marketing, automation, and client acquisition, studying proven frameworks from industry leaders such as Alex Hormozi, Sabri Suby, and Russell Brunson, then applying and refining those strategies through real-world execution.
For the past five years, I have worked full-time in digital marketing, helping businesses generate measurable revenue through Meta advertising, automation systems, funnel optimization, email and SMS nurture sequences, and conversion-focused strategy. This is a complete End-of-Day (EOD) reporting automation system I built to streamline daily staff accountability, performance tracking, and internal operations—without requiring managers to micromanage. The workflow begins when an employee submits their EOD via a survey. Once submitted, the system automatically logs the data into a connected Google Sheet, creating a centralized source of truth for all daily activity. This Google Sheet is then embedded into a secure dashboard page where the business owner can monitor the entire team’s output, filter by date range, and review performance at a glance. To optimize management flow, the system includes a built-in performance rating feature. When the owner rates an employee’s daily performance, that data is instantly sent to HR through automated notifications.
This allows HR to step in, monitor KPI compliance, and resolve issues early—drastically reducing churn and preventing minor problems from turning into major ones. The workflows also ensure operational reliability. If an employee fails to submit their EOD within the required timeframe, the system triggers an internal alert so the team can follow up immediately. This guarantees consistent reporting and keeps everyone accountable without constant oversight. Overall, this system replaces manual tracking, manager follow-ups, and scattered reporting with a fully automated, real-time EOD ecosystem that improves visibility, strengthens performance management, and helps businesses run smoothly at scale.
