GoHighLevel

GoHighLevel pricing in 2026: every plan and the extra costs

Short answer

GoHighLevel has three main plans in 2026: Starter at $97 a month, Unlimited at $297 and Agency Pro at $497. Paying yearly costs the same as about 10 months. On top of the plan you pay for usage, like texts, calls, email sending and premium AI, plus any add-ons you choose. Most single businesses only need Starter.

I have built client systems on GoHighLevel for years, and pricing is the first thing people ask about. The plan price is simple. The part that surprises people is usage. Here is the full picture.

What you get on every plan

All plans include the core tools: CRM and pipelines, funnels and websites, forms and surveys, calendars and booking, email and text marketing, workflows (automations), a shared inbox for SMS, email and social messages, and reputation management. The higher plans mostly add more sub-accounts, rebilling, API access and SaaS mode for agencies. They do not add many features a single business would use.

The extra costs to plan for

Usage fees

Phone numbers, text messages, calls, email sending and premium AI usage (for Conversation AI and Voice AI) are billed as you use them, from a wallet in your account. For a small business these are usually modest, but they grow with volume. Estimate how many texts and calls you send a month before you start.

Optional add-ons

Add-onPrice
AI Employee Growth$50/month per sub-account
AI Employee Unlimited$97/month per sub-account
HIPAA compliance$297/month
Premium support$500/month
White-label mobile app$497/month

Which plan do you need?

Is GoHighLevel worth the price?

Compare it with what it replaces. Many small businesses pay separately for a CRM, email marketing, a booking tool, a landing page builder and a review tool. Together that can cost more than $97 a month, and none of it talks to each other. The real value is that everything is connected: a lead comes in, gets a text in seconds, books a call and gets a reminder, without anyone touching it. I cover this in what GoHighLevel is and compare it with HubSpot and ClickFunnels.

Want GoHighLevel set up properly?

I build the pipelines, automations and follow-up so the system actually brings in booked calls. Free 30-minute call.

The hidden cost: setup

GoHighLevel can do a lot, which also means it takes time to set up well. Many people sign up, build half a funnel and never finish. If you don’t have the time, it can be cheaper to hire a GoHighLevel expert to build it once, properly, than to pay for a tool you never fully use. If you are still deciding whether it is worth it, see my GoHighLevel review. To test it before paying, here is how to use the GoHighLevel free trial properly.
